Truffles

Truffles are usually filled with a soft ganache centre but there are so many variations to this.

They may be enrobed with milk or dark chocolate on the outside but have a white chocolate ganache on the inside and vice versa.

They may also be rolled in something such as coconut or nuts to finish them off.
