Frank Visser has a background as a chef and is considered to be the Heston Blumenthal of the chocolate world. His amazing understanding of quality ingredients and food pairings with creative flavours like orange blossom, raspberry and rose to goji berry and yoghurt ensure these chocolates taste as good as they look.

Each one is hand painted and he goes a long way to produce the best chocolate in the most sustainable way, having formed unique partnerships with Biolands in Tanzania and Barry Callebaut.  The former works with small farm-holders to ensure fair prices are paid to the farmers and to improve cocoa quality, yields and farmer livelihoods.  This farmer-centric, village-to-supplier approach enables full traceability for every bag of cocoa.
