Acceptance of Goods:

If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged.

If the goods are damaged, please keep the packaging as this will assist us in making any claims against the courier company or Royal Mail.

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time period after delivery and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless, within a reasonable time period after their delivery, the Customer notifies Geraldo’s that the goods are faulty.

If no notification is received within 7 days of despatch date, Geraldo’s will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and therefore reserve the right not to accept any rejection of goods at a later date.

Returns / Refund Policy:

If the goods are rejected within 7 days of the despatch date, the Customer shall comply with the returns procedure as stated below. We will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.

The Customer must contact Geraldo’s by either telephone or email to obtain a returns authorisation. Please quote your Transaction ID number in all correspondence. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This code must also be clearly identifiable inside any return packages.

The Customer must then return the package to Geraldo’s and Geraldo’s will arrange for the Customer to be reimbursed accordingly. Any postage charges incurred by the Customer will not be reimbursed where goods are not damaged or faulty.

In cases where the goods are rejected within the specified time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged products must be returned to Geraldo’s before the refund or replacement can be issued.

Refund is within 30 days of cancellation.


Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with Geraldo's cancellation procedure and before any goods have been despatched.

If the order has been despatched prior to cancellation, the returns procedure as defined above will apply. If the procedure is not followed the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail directly with Geraldo’s. Please remember, order despatch normally takes place within 24 hours.
