Truffles
Truffles are usually filled with a soft ganache centre but there are so many variations to this.
They may be enrobed with milk or dark chocolate on the outside but have a white chocolate ganache on the inside and vice versa.
They may also be rolled in something such as coconut or nuts to finish them off.
Some of our most popular truffles include the Irish Cream, the Amaretto and the Butterscotch.
