This Quiet Rebels release has bottler Sarah, at the helm. In true Quiet Rebels style she wanted to create something completely new to Nc'nean - a rich and creamy whisky liqueur, made with our single malt Scotch and organic oats to give that decadent flavour without the need for dairy. It is full and glossy, and is designed for sipping straight from the fridge over plenty of ice.

This whisky liqueur makes a big impression with the smallest footprint. Every bottle is certified organic, made in our verified net zero distillery (scopes 1 and 2) and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle

"I was born in Scotland and grew up in a small village in England, but I’ve always felt most at home when in wild and remote places. Over the years, I’ve followed that instinct, from hiking the Appalachian Trail to walking the length of New Zealand. Eventually, it was the west coast of Scotland and Nc’nean’s way of doing things that made me want to settle here. These days I look after bottling, and outside of work I’m usually in the garden or out in the hills with friends. Nc'nean Distillery

Nc'nean Distillery is an independent, organic whisky distillery that exists to create experimental spirits and pioneer sustainable production. 

Founded in March 2017 by Annabel Thomas, who left her job in London in 2013 to start working on the project and return to the area of Scotland where she spent her childhood holidays. She spent four years raising funds and building the distillery from the ground up on the Morvern peninsula. Passionate about the environment, sustainability and whisky, she has set out to change how the world thinks about whisky and do things a little differently.
