Edinburgh Gin Botanics is distilled using plants sourced from Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. 

Within each bottle, the likes of sweet cicely, piper leaf and Tasmannia lanceolata combine – an original botanical blend. Balanced yet enticingly unusual, Edinburgh Botanics' moves between sweetness and menthol, lively and herbaceous. Expect a tingly finish.

Edinburgh Botanics' has emerged from a treasure trove of over 14,000 plants that are grown in The Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Gin's head distiller and RBGE's chief botanist have worked together to produce something extraordinary.

The Edinburgh Botanics is renowned for its biodiversity and rich botanical collections. A wondrously sweet, menthol-forward gin has been created in partnership to support their conservation and sustainability projects.

Best served with tonic, garnish with basil and plenty of ice.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromatic with herbaceous - almost floral - notes.

Palate: Smooth and well-rounded with hints of peppery spice and an abundance of classic juniper.
