Expect rich dark fruits, warming spices, and velvety sweetness on the nose. The palate reveals notes of dark chocolate, spiced oak, and sherry-soaked raisins, culminating in a long, indulgent finish of molasses, ripe figs, and black cherries.

Top Tip from Douglas Laing: Try your next dram of Scallywag with a chunk of good-quality dark chocolate. The bitterness of the chocolate will enhance the rich, fruity notes of this Sherried Malt - but be careful - this combination is dangerously decadent and as a result, very moreish!
