The Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin is a celebration of Scotland’s untamed landscapes and natural abundance. Inspired by the glens, forests, and highlands, this gin embodies the spirit of the country’s wild beauty through its carefully selected native botanicals.

Innovative distilling methods bring forward bright, crisp flavours of apple, berries, and juniper, harmonised with subtle savoury hints of rhubarb and toasted oats. Notes of pine and heather add a gentle floral character, reflecting the aromatic essence of the Scottish wilderness that inspired its creation.

After launching the Sassenach whisky in 2021 to worldwide acclaim and a multitude of awards, the same passion was applied to their growing collection of carefully crafted spirits. A new bond and friendship were forged with the local lads behind the critically acclaimed Hills & Harbour.
