From Sam Heughan's Galloway Distillery, The Sassenach Blended Scotch Whisky stands apart from traditional blends through its unique composition. It features a core of Single Malt whiskies aged between nine and twelve years, brought together with a 21-year-old Organic Single Grain whisky matured in bourbon casks and finished in Madeira wood.

The blend highlights the bright fruit notes of the Single Malt, while the Organic Grain contributes a smooth, understated depth. The Madeira cask finish enriches the whisky with layered sweetness, gentle spice, and rounded maturity.

Bottled at 46% ABV, The Sassenach is crafted without chill-filtration and contains only natural colour, preserving the whisky’s authentic character.

After launching the Sassenach whisky in 2021 to worldwide acclaim and a multitude of awards, the same passion was applied to their growing collection of carefully crafted spirits. A new bond and friendship were forged with the local lads behind the critically acclaimed Hills & Harbour. Together, their dedication and passion continued to inspire meticulously crafted spirits.
