Persie Gin comes from the foot of Glenshee and is the brainchild of the man behind the world’s first touring gin club, Simon Fairclough and his lovely wife, Chrissie.

This tart and tangy sloe gin has a rich depth of flavour, intensified by the addition of local Perthshire plums, hand-picked by the distillery team. There are distinct notes of pepper and sweet cinnamon from the base spirit, with a touch of nutty marzipan on the finish.

Traditionally, sloe gin is drunk neat; in winter, it's often served in warm drinks like a hot toddy. It’s also delicious over ice, combined with soda water with blueberries to garnish, or even topped up with Prosecco for a cheery, sparkling aperitif, which has been dubbed a "Sloegasm".
