Described as 'summer in a bottle', this limited edition gin from Linlithgow Distillery is the perfect addition to your summer drinks cart!
"We still had a part pallet of our original launch bottle and were wondering what to do with them. Never liking to throw things out, Ross came up with the idea of doing a limited edition Gin inspired by our Son-in-law who uses the bottle as an Olive-oil bottle." - The LinGin Team
With this in mind, Alyson at Linlithgow developed a beautifully smooth Gin made with their core botanicals plus olive, rosemary and grapefruit to give that Mediterranean edge.
There are only 732 bottles available, and each bottle is hand-labelled and numbered.
Pair with your favourite tonic and a dash of citrus to transport yourself to the Amalfi coast without needing to find your passport!

Linlithgow Distillery
Founded in 2017 by local residents Alyson & Ross Jamieson, Linlithgow Distillery is situated on the edge of the historic town in West Lothian.
Linlithgow, birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots, has such a huge distilling heritage, which ended in 1983 when the last of 5 distilleries in the town’s history closed its doors.
After a long career in IT and a health scare, the couple found themselves at a bit of a loose end and began wondering, "what will we do with our lives?" With help from the gin cocktails they were drinking, Alyson said, "Why don't we make our own?"
Ross, a lifetime lover of malt whisky and bourbon, had always enjoyed a nice gin and had recently started to drink it as his preferred long drink.
So the idea was born - they had a dream to bring spirit-making back to our Royal Burgh, but how to stand out in a busy market of new gins?
The answer lay in Linlithgow. There was an abundance of meadowsweet growing on the canal bank and lochside, so they decided to make this the key botanical of their gin (after juniper, of course!)
Then they recruited a tasting panel of 119 local residents who helped them to hone the recipe, and the iconic skyline of Linlithgow was woven through their logo, bottle design and label.
And, in 2018, the first bottling of their flagship LinGin London Dry Gin was complete and they launched LinGin into the world!
