The GlenAllachie 21-Year-Old Batch 6 is a luxurious single malt, expertly crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker and matured in a combination of premium Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.

Drawn from just four top-quality puncheons and hogsheads, this expression delivers remarkable complexity and depth. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 52.8% ABV, with no added colouring or chill filtration.

Expect a nose of ripe dark cherries, spiced orange, and brandied honeycomb, leading to a palate layered with dark chocolate, heather honey, and maraschino cherries, finishing with mocha and plum brandy.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Antique mahogany

Nose: Ripe dark cherries and brandied honeycomb, with notes of spiced orange, thick treacle and blackberry tart.

Palate: Dark chocolate, dried red berries and maraschino cherries, followed by heather honey and crystallised ginger, with plum brandy and mocha on the finish.
