Tasting Notes

Nose: Opulent notes of dark chocolate truffles, spiced orange peel and toasted walnuts.

Palate: Treacle toffee, black cherries and a whisper of cinnamon.

Finish: A lingering warmth of oak spice, espresso and dried fig.

Perfect Serve

Manhattan

Fill both a cocktail glass and a mixing glass with ice. Add 25ml of Scallywag and 15ml of Sweet Vermouth to the mixing glass and stir well. Discard the ice from your cocktail glass. Strain the cocktail into the now-chilled serving glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
