RAER's Original Blend undergoes a secondary maturation in the finest first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks sourced directly from Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia. The maturation takes place in their own on-site Bonded Warehouse for a period of 9- 12 months, subject to team approval.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Burnt Amber > Chestnut

Nose: A decadent bouquet of ripe raisins, figs, dates, marzipan, banana and créme brûlée

Palate: Silky and rich, with a strong backbone of toasted oak complimented by caramelised sugar, figs, honey and subtle hints of roasted coffee

Finish: Warm, smooth and fruity with impeccable balance. A hint of bitterness is offset by the juicy, syrupy sherry flavours.
