Just take a look at what's in our cabinet.  It's the Royal Wedding Chocolate specially commissioned by our supplier the House of Sarunds and made by Frank Visser of the Netherlands.

The very first Geraldo's Drinks Fest proved to be a hugely enjoyable evening for producers and guests alike. With live music, chocolate tasting and the chance to sample over 50 artisan drinks including gin, rum, whisky and cocktails; we think all of our guests discovered something new and tasty last Friday night.

Step into Spring at Geraldo's Drinks Fest in the Brisbane House Hotel in Largs on Friday 27th April.  This new event is a celebration of the wonderful premium spirits we have here in Scotland and beyond. Meet the people behind the distilleries and try over 50 artisan drinks. There will be something for everyone as well as live music and masterclasses. A great night out with friends!

The Easter Bunny arrived early this week to Geraldo's and donated this very large Easter Egg to us.  We, in turn, are donating it to the Children's Ward of Crosshouse Hospital in Ayrshire for Easter, but can you guess it's weight?  If you pop over to our Facebook page why not take a guess and try your luck?

We're often asked how best to store your chocolates, especially if they're for a gift.  

You don’t have to keep them in a fridge but a cool, dry room or cupboard away from sunlight is preferable with 16° C being ideal.

Just two months ago my friend Linda Hill, from LAH Travel, approached me to join forces with 8 other business women to raise funds for the Ayrshire Hospice. What we achieved in a little over 6 weeks just goes to show how the power of a few like-minded women can achieve just about anything.
