Sadly, we haven't got Santa's magical sleigh and reindeer to help with deliveries. However, the wonderful folk at DPD and our very own Transport Elf, Maxwell, are on the case, though, and here's how you can ensure your parcels arrive safe, sound and in time for Christmas:
To ensure UK-wide Christmas delivery (barring unforeseen delays like snow or a reindeer strike), order before Wednesday, 17th December; this will give our small team of elves plenty of time to select, pack and dispatch your order.
We'll do our best to process orders placed after Wednesday, 17th December, in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
You can now order for delivery at a later date, too. Simply add a note in the box at checkout with your preferred delivery date. We'll do our best to ensure items are delivered as requested, but they may be dispatched earlier to avoid delays.
