Sparkling Wines Trophy Winner - Pierre Mignon, Grande Reserve Premier Cru, Champagne
This crisp, well balanced, and beautifully creamy champagne took home one of the top prizes in the sparking wine category. With citrus hints and touches of brioche, this wine is ideally served with mushrooms! Champagne and mushrooms are a great pairing, so mushroom-based appetisers or hors d'oeuvres will complement a glass or two of fizz perfectly.
Produced in Grande Réserve Premier Cru in the Champagne region of France. Grape blend: Pinot Meunier 80%, Chardonnay 10%, Pinot Noir 10%. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Awarded a Top White Wine Award, this intense and complex white wine has a dry, structured palate and is best served with fish and shellfish. It also goes well with chicken, pork and veal.
Produtti di Manduria has been making wines since the 1930s, and the family there are unashamedly proud of their deep affection for Primitivo. This wine has an IGT classification, which recognises the unusually high quality of the class of wine within Italy.

A soon-to-be new addition to our shelves, this Top White Wine comes from the Biscardo family, producers of bestsellers Biscardo Oropasso, Biscardo Neropasso, and Mabis Biscardo Amarone della Valpolicella Classico.
This elegant white wine is light straw yellow in colour with slightly greenish tones. The bouquet is delicate, fresh and elegantly fruity. The taste is soft, mineral and slightly spicy and perfectly showcases the special location and altitude of the vineyards that make up this wine. Ideally served with shellfish, seafood appetizers, white meat and pasta with vegetables.
Grape blend: Fernanda, 30% Garganega 30%, Others 40%. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
