This luxury Oil Duo Selection gift set contains their delicious single concentrated Black Truffle Oil and White Truffle Oil. The perfect Christmas gift for foodie friends!

They shave the highest quality truffles and expertly blend them with their unique flavour cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours and aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn’t as strong as our double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it.

The White Truffle Oil boasts an intense garlic aroma, a powerful white truffle palate throughout, and a gentle olive oil finish. The Black Truffle Oil has an earthier aroma, a strong black truffle flavour throughout, and a gentle olive oil finish. Both oils make perfect finishing oils to dress your dish before serving. You can use them in almost anything, but they're best over pasta, pizza and risotto.
