Named after the father (Alexander Kirkwood Stirling) of three farming brothers (John, Iain and David Stirling), AK's gin was created to represent the fiesty spirit of AKS and, as gins go, it packs a bit of a punch.

It's distilled using honey and wheat farmed at the Arbikie Highland Estate in Angus with carefully selected botanicals chosen by their Master Distiller, Kirsty Black and it works really well with ginger ale or ginger beer and a slice of orange.
Everything grown on the estate is perfectly nurtured and the ingredients used to distil their premium spirits gives both an amazing provenance as well as full traceability.

It is the creation of their own unique spirit that sets them apart from other gins, as they grow, distil and bottle on their single-estate in a true field to bottle operation.
