Sugar House White Rum
Sugar House White Rum is a rich and full-flavoured white rum produced in Scotland from the very beginning rather than simply using an imported rum.
They use a naturally soft Scottish water mixed with premium cane molasses and a strain of yeast suited for rum production which is then allowed to ferment for a week before the distillation. To get the rich and full-flavoured rum they double-distil the resulting molasses using copper pot stills.
Everything is done by hand and taste to make sure this delicious rum is of a consistent and high quality every time.
