Viticulture
100% Grenache sourced from vineyards in the Roussillon located near the southern edge of the St Chinian.
Winemaking
The grapes are checked throughout August, in order to choose the right day to harvest. Once harvested, the grapes undergo a skin-contact maceration to extract some colour from the skin. Then, the juice, is collected after a delicate pressing and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel.
