Larsen
When young Jens Reidar Larsen discovered a passion for cognac and set out to found a house of his own, he had a courageous vision to create a unique style of spirit – one that had fruit, purity and elegance at its core.
This vision inspires every stage of production at Larsen, and has led to the development of a number of innovative production methods, which preserve the original aromas of the fruit. The house’s VS embodies this, with its exclusive use of Ugni Blanc grapes sourced from the Fins Bois and Grande Champagne regions of Cognac. These eaux de vie are matured for at least two years in oak casks.
