Mortlach 2007 is a very limited edition 13 YO single malt with only 732 bottles available. Distilled in Speyside's Mortlach Distillery and bottled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers in 2020, this is a strictly limited bottling matured in a Oloroso Sherry cask.

Càrn Mòr Mortlach 2007 is part of 'The Strictly Limited' range. This is a collection of whiskies from single distilleries from the finest whisky producing regions in Scotland. 

Non-chill filtered and no added colour.

Rich and spicy with notes of ginger, orange peel and a dry, nutty finish.

Perthshire based, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers is solely owned and operated by one of Scotland’s oldest and most prominent whisky families, Jamie and Brian Morrison. 

Càrn Mòr is their range of rare and utterly unique independent bottlings. As each release is strictly limited in batches. Once its gone, its gone!

Carn Mor releases whisky as it should be by bottling outstanding whisky in the way that many of the distilleries cannot due to restrictions. Their small, limited bottlings express the unique differences of each batch rather than trying to aim for consistency. Their whisky will be as close to drinking from the cask as possible.
