Award-winning Crossbill Gin is made with just two Scottish botanicals, juniper and rosehip, to create a dry, distinctive and popular gin.
Founder, Jonathan Engels, re-established a long lost tradition of harvesting Scottish juniper which has created a distinct taste evocative of the ancient pine forests where juniper has grown for centuries.
Originally based in a converted shed deep in the Inshriach forest, Johnathan has moved his Distillery to the Barrowlands in Glasgow allowing the business to expand and increase the volumes of each batch they produce. It has also enabled them to start up their own Gin School! Now that sounds like something we'd like to study.
