We're kicking off our 2025 tastings with a brand new line of delicious, award-winning sauces!
Sláinte Sauces is the brainchild of Mairi MacFadyen, daughter of the late Johnny MacFadyen, an oyster farmer on the Isle of Lismore on Scotland's west coast. Faced with folk unwilling to try their delicious fare at farmer's markets, Mairi began offering the oysters with a splash of gin or tequila - and they very soon had a queue!
Since then, Mairi has been developing this delicious range of cocktail-inspired drizzles. These delightful sauces aren't only good with oysters, though. Try them with chicken, salads, burgers, steaks, or even desserts! They're all dairy-free, vegan-friendly and gluten-free, too.
