Venture into Indie territory at this in-store tasting with Grant Cunningham from Indie Brands. He will be showcasing Scotland's first and only artisan tequila, along with the divine Lejay Creme de Cassis Blackcurrant Liqueur from France and Mezcal Union from Mexico.
Made by The Scottish Tequila Co, UWA Tequila combines two very iconic national drinks from Mexico and Scotland. It is made using 12 year old agave grown in the Lowlands of Tequila in Mexico and rested in Speyside whisky barrels. This award-winning and innovative tequila is not only unique, but tastes amazing too! Come and try both the UWA Blanco and UWA Reposado at our tasting.
Also from Mexico, Mezcal Union is produced by a group of families who have been growing agave and creating mezcal for generations. Mezcal Union provides social development and economic sustainability for these families. Come and find out more and taste this unusual artisan drink.

Lejay Creme de Cassis Liqueur is a natural, fresh and intense blackcurrant liqueur made by Maison Lejay from France. Lovely on its own, but also a perfect base for festive cocktails.
