THURSDAY 11TH OCTOBER - Masterclass with Douglas Laing


Whisky and chocolate... a match made in heaven!

This masterclass by Douglas Laing is not to be missed. Enjoy a taste of all 5 of their remarkable Regional Malts paired with carefully selected luxury chocolates from Geraldo's.  If you're new to whisky or a connoisseur, this is an informal evening where you can sit and relax and learn more about Scotland's favourite tipple.

Our host, David Ferguson, Business Development Manager at Douglas Laing Distillery will kick off the evening with a brief history on this family business, currently the country's fastest growing Scotch whisky firm, followed by tastings of each of their 'Remarkable Regional Malts'.

He'll take you on a trip round Scotland where you can enjoy Big Peat from Islay, Epicurean from the Lowlands, Scallywag from Speyside, Timorous Beastie from the Highlands and Rock Oyster displaying the best from the Islands.

Each dram of these blended Malt Scotch Whiskies will be paired with delicious chocolates from the Geraldo's luxury chocolate range.

This small, informal masterclass will give you a wonderful insight into the Douglas Laing range.

Tickets are £15 but include £10 off any full sized bottle from the 'Remarkable Regional Malts' range if you purchase it at the masterclass.
